The "Green Acres Flower Farm" offers the kind of country property that rarely comes available. This lovingly cared-for 3.46-acre Farmette has been home to the same owners since 1997. Though the flower farm isn't currently operating, Nearly 30 years of thoughtful improvements have enhanced the property while preserving the character and charm of the original farmhouse. Inside, you'll find an updated modern kitchen, two spacious full bathrooms, LVT flooring through the main level, and upgraded bamboo flooring in the living room. The main level offers a formal dining room, living room, den/office, full bathroom, and updated kitchen. Upstairs are three bedrooms, conveniently located laundry, and a beautifully updated bathroom featuring a huge tiled shower & custom built closet: bringing modern-day function to a classic farmhouse layout. Outside is where this property truly shines. Major improvements include a metal roof, gutter guards, replacement windows, vinyl siding, and a large back deck overlooking the acreage & above ground pool. A 2024 built **3-car garage/outbuilding (an approximately $100,000 improvement) **features oversized doors and incredible space for vehicles, tools, equipment, hobbies, or a workshop. Additional well-maintained farm outbuildings provide even more flexibility for storage, animals, equipment, or whatever your country-living plans may include. Multiple outbuildings include the original barn, livestock building with concrete pens, open-front equipment/machine shed, and a newer 3-car garage with oversized doors. This is a property that has been maintained, improved, and genuinely loved for decades.
