Stephanie Zito has been an active member of her community for over 30 years. With her passion for service, people, aesthetics, and all things HOME, Stephanie is ready to help with your buying and selling needs. Stephanie has served as project manager on two successful property rehabs, which fueled her passion for real estate. Stephanie is an energetic volunteer within the community, serving at Lazarus House, Northern Illinois Food Bank, TLC Pregnancy Center in Elgin, and Meals on Wheels.
Stephanie has raised her family of four (grown) children in Wayne, where they participated in community sports, programs, clubs, schools, and activities throughout the northwest suburbs and fox valley region. They are members of St. John Neumann Church, where she served as a Discipleship leader for many years. Her children attended St. Patrick Catholic School, in St. Charles (where she served as the president of the PTA) and St. Francis High School in Wheaton (serving as a library assistant.)Stephanie attended college at Elgin Community College, where she received her Associate Degree, Phi Theta Kappa, then continued her college education at University of Illinois, Chicago campus, where she graduated with her Bachelor Degree, Magna Cum Laude, from the College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs. She loves God, family, good food, healthy living, art, outdoors, books, plants, and learning.
