"Recently, I found out that my apartment was being sold and I wanted to see if I could purchase it. As a complete novice to buying a home, I reached out to Keith when he had an open house in the building. Despite the fact that I was there mostly to compare that unit to mine and to seek advice, Keith was amazing. he didn’t just brush me off and say what he needed to in order to get me out of his hair. I look young and I get a lot of people who dismiss me or are condescending to me. I didn’t feel that way with Keith. He immediately got me in touch with a great lender with no guarantee that this would enrich himself in any way. We looked into buying the unit we were renting and then he found an even better property and although it was priced higher than we thought we could afford, we viewed the place at 6pm and by 9pm we had an agreement with the owner!
He held my hand throughout the entire buying and closing process, was there at the closing despite this apparently being unusual for realtors to do. Keith really cares about his clients not getting taken advantage of. He cares that he connects the right place to the right client in whatever way is affordable to them. He was patient with two of us not knowing anything about mortgages and property law. He made sure he kept me informed and connected all the way through. He worked fast and efficiently. He made sure I didn’t end up in a bad property that would have been worse for us. In other words, he got us out of a rut. We loved our old place, but it was definitely time to move on and the change was profound.
