Stephanie joined the Winnetka @properties Christie's International Real Estate office after 30 years of software and hospitality sales. Her business acumen drives her success. Stephanie has become well known for her ability to leverage design principles preparing your home before it's listed. While the North Shore is still a ‘seller's market', the seller only gets one chance at a first impression and every detail matters. Not only the interior appearance, but the energy and even fragrance all matter when a potential buyer walks through for the first time. If the home is beyond expectation and welcoming to buyers, those buyers will pay top dollar because they can easily picture themselves living there.
A 20+ year resident of the North Shore, Stephanie's kids grew up here, attending the elementary schools and New Trier High School. She is well-versed with the communities and neighborhoods within the area, offering out-of-town buyers valuable insight and perspective. She enjoys being actively involved, serving on several boards and committees, including the New Trier Girls Hockey Board and the New Trier Parents Board (Class of 2019) while her girls were in high school.
When not helping buyers and sellers, Stephanie can often be found at Tower Road Beach in the summer, dining with friends at local restaurants (Pomeroy, Mino's and Sophia's are favorites) or visiting her daughters in Lincoln Park.
