Clients are saying:
"Elizabeth helped us find a great rental home. She was prompt, professional, and made a point of staying in touch and keeping us updated even when new listings weren't coming up during the slow winter season or when listing brokers were slow to respond. Her schedule was super accommodating (important for two working 9 to 5ers) and she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the place before we decided to rent it. There were a lot of questions and concerns that she passed on to our new landlord and helped negotiate, making our job a lot easier. I have looked for apartments on my own before and it's a distracting part-time job itself handling all the communications and questions; it was a huge relief to have someone do that for me and have someone with experience advise us on what to ask for (and what not to ask for). Elizabeth is also funny, very approachable, and easy to work with. We were completely comfortable with her."
"Elizabeth was awesome during our search. She was able to get in contact with & get us a showing at practically every listing we were interested in, & was incredibly flexible regarding when she was able to meet. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to rent/buy."
"Elizabeth was suggested by Rick Whittemore. She was a pleasant surprise, who I never even met in person. She smoothly guided me with facts about pricing and preparing the place. I was able to sell my place in a short time. I definitely suggest her to my friends and family."
"Elizabeth was very responsive to my questions and concerns, she emailed me or called me back within an hour, from our first showing forward. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great broker."
"We couldn't have asked for anyone better! Elizabeth was responsive, accurate and super nice. It was a pleasure to work with her and she SOLD our house."
