According to Erika, the best thing about a career in real estate is that you have the opportunity to make clients enjoy two of the largest decisions in life - where to call home and where to invest. Both are extremely meaningful to each buyer, seller, developer, and investor and will require top level devotion to make that time a positive and fun experience.

Erika began her real estate career in one of the first @properties offices in 2003. Since then, Erika has had the opportunity to work in both the Chicago and Florida real estate markets, and currently serves as the Listing Ambassador for top Lincoln Park Luxury Team, Emily Sachs Wong, Inc. Through strategic agent partnerships in Chicago, she learned a client first approach with importance on unmatched customer service, premier marketing, and the power of understanding and executing the needs and values of each customer. In Florida, Erika managed a top branch office on the Gulf Coast through the highs and lows of the real estate cycles in the early 2000's. Erika's focus is on the Chicago Market luxury new development, helping clients find a place to call home in Chicago and the Western Suburbs, and showcasing some of the extraordinary architecture of Chicagoland's residential properties. Over the past few years, she has spent time diving into the marketing and sales of Luxury New Development projects, including Estates of Montefiori in Lemont, 229 Park in Clarendon Hills, 10 West Developments in La Grange, and Superior House in River North.

Erika graduated from the University of Illinois, with a BS in Business Administration and Marketing. Over the past few years, she has enjoyed a successful sales career both as owner of a medical consulting company and as a real estate entrepreneur. The combination of her passion for real estate, her business acumen, confident negotiation skills, and her enthusiastic nature make Erika a great professional resource for marketing the homes of sellers and finding the perfect new home for buyers.

During her free time, you will find Erika enjoying each phase of life, volunteering as Director of Marketing for Future Superstars, 501c3, participating in the Rotary Club, running, snow skiing, traveling, enjoying a Cubs game, Illini game or concert, playing the piano, socializing with friends, and meeting new people.
