At the heart of this effort is pl@tform™, our proprietary suite of end-to-end technology applications that help make the buying and selling process more seamless. pl@tform™ was developed by @properties’ programming and marketing teams, and is constantly being updated and refined to respond to the ever-changing realities of real estate in the 21st century.
The core technologies behind pl@tform™ include:
CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) – Provides agents with daily tasks to meet their outreach goals and automatically updates based on buyer and seller activity. Agents receive encouraging messages from @properties’ co-founders as they approach their goal.
Interactive CMA – The first continuously-updating digital CMA in the Chicago real estate market. Uses real-time data from the local Multiple Listing Service so that brokers and clients can see how the market is moving at any time and are more well-informed.
